DURATION
This is an intensive 5 day course with evening work.
EXAMS
The Foundation exam is one hour multiple choice held on day 3. The course concludes with the PRINCE2® Practitioner Examination being sat. This is a three hour open book examination, which is in the format of objective testing.  This is a sophisticated multiple choice style, based on a case study.
PRE-REQUISITES
20 Hours pre-course study is recommended. PRINCE2® manual, study guide, interactive CD and e-support provided.
OBJECTIVES

• By the end of this course Participants will be able to:
• Understand how to plan and organise PRINCE2® projects
• Use the PRINCE2® method to ensure quality is delivered
• Follow the processes to complete a successful PRINCE2® project
• Prepare project plans using product based planning techniques
• Undertake risk analysis and management for the project
• Apply the PRINCE2® method to appropriately to projects
• Take the PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner examinations

APPROACH
A combination of trainer led and practical group working, delivered by an APMG approved trainer. All materials are accredited by APMG.
