Events

Besides consultancy and management activities AJS Management also specialiyes in translation and interpretation services and Event Services, organising conferences, seminars and workshops within Slovakia and Internationally.

"You know what, we know how

The organisation of such events includes many little, but important activities. Such activities have an impact on the successful implementation of the event and make a lasting impression on the attendees. We divide these important activities into 3 phases.

Phase 1 – Vision, planning and preparation
Phase 2 – Delivery of the event itself
Phase 3 – An overall evaluation of the event, including the settling of its budget and expenses

Phase 1 – Organisation of conferences = visions, planning and preparation

  • Consultation with client to examine their vision, objectives and the character of the proposed even
  • General administration to include; venue location, booking of relevant venues, services, and accommodation, technical and audiovisual support, designing of programme (including social – if requested)
  • Invitation and communication with participants
  • Registration of participants
  • Transfer of the participants
  • Payment and fee collection
  • Collection/printing of written resources
  • Preparation of delegate information packs
Phase 2 – Realisation of the event
  • Registration & badging
  • Event control & management of the day - including troubleshooting & last minute changes
  • Interpretation if required
Phase 3 – Evaluation - including the settling of the events budget & expenses
  • Evaluation of the event by the client & the organiser
  • Detailed account & justification of event expenses=

The price for organisation of the event depends upon requested services and time spent. Entire preparation and realisation of the event is performed within an agreed budget, in principle additional costs are discussed with the client.

AJS Management Slovakia also has at its disposal many reliable and experienced interpreters and translators, who help to overcome all language barriers in order to run a successful international event.

2. International conference for the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family SR within the World Bank project ‘Multi-pillar pension reform: Changes in the PAYG component – Experience and Challenges'.

3. Two-day international seminar for MOLSAF SR, European Social Fund, Community initiative EQUAL ‘Learning seminar on the on-going evaluation'.

5. Sub-project ‘Strengthening Performance of Labour Inspection in the Slovak Republic' within the project Working life and EU enlargement - 2003.

Organisation of the international conference ‘Working life and EU enlargement'.

6. DFID project ‘Assistance to regional development in Slovakia'.

7. Project SK/99/IB/CO-01 ‘Introduction of a Standard Classification of Occupations. Preparation for participation in EURES'.

10. Within the project ‘Support to Market Surveillance System in Consumer and Health Protection in Slovak Republic'.
Organisation of the ‘series 45' seminars (30 participants on each) in Bratislava , Žilina, Poprad and Košice. Participants were representatives of beneficiary organisations: Ministry of economy SR, Slovak Trade Inspection, and NGOs working in the customer protection field. 11. Within DFID project Institutional development to address poverty and social exclusion'.
Organised and delivered 11 seminars (30 participants on each) in Bratislava , Lucenec, Michalovce and Humenne, including 2 national conferences (100 participants) in Michalovce and  Bratislava . 12. Within the twinning project SR99/IB/SO/01 Improved Labour Protection and Implementation of Labour Protection Management System in Enterprises in SR'.
Organisation of 10 seminars (60 participants) in Slovakia, culminating in a final conference (120 participants) in  Bratislava. 13. Within the project SR 9905.02 'Minority Tolerance programme; Increasing the Standards of teaching and learning languages at schools, focusing on the establishment of Roma education and the instruction of minority languages'.
Organised and delivered 3 seminars (35 participants on each) and a final conference (125 participants) in Prešov. Participants were representatives of beneficiary organisations; Ministry of Education SR, universities, primary and secondary schools, Methodical centre, State pedagogical institute, associations for minority groups and NGOs.
