Projects

AJS Management has, in the past few years, carried out assignments predominantly in Central and Eastern Europe . We have been involved in projects supporting Information Systems development in the Chamber of Commerce, Customs, institutional building and management and technical training in Education, Social Welfare, Standards and Statistics, as well as Regional Development sectors.

In 1997-1999 we represented the PHARE Framework Consortium for Social Welfare, Labour restructuring and Training in Slovakia, lead by the British company Birks Sinclair & Associates. Over that period we provided turnkey services, support for other consortium partner projects through local and international experts, and logistical support for all projects.

In recent few years AJS Management implemented projects of technical assistance to the governmental bodies associated with regional development, in preparation for EU accession. Due to the multi-disciplinary nature of our work, many individual projects address more than one of these sub categories.

Before 2000 - we managed and delivered projects in the following sectors:

After 2000 - our range of projects expanded into areas including; technical assistance for the implementation of projects using structural funds, the management of grant scheme projects and the monitoring of projects funded by EU structural funds.
